How delivery is priced.
Is delivery based on miles?
No. We charge $100 per hour for total time from our shop in Berlin to your jobsite and back to the shop, plus 30 minutes total for loading and unloading. Our team uses Google Maps with an additional time allowance for traveling by semi to prepare your quote.
Is delivery included in the rental rate?
Rental rates and delivery/pickup charges are separate. We confirm both before the rental is scheduled.
Can I reserve a delivery time online?
The website collects quote requests, not bookings. We contact you to confirm the equipment, final price and delivery timing.
